Joy Michael is the Executive Director of the largest entrepreneurship network in the World, Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs (A.Y.E) with over 12million members. She manages the expansion and strategic execution of the A.Y.E Organisation vision across Africa.
She holds a first and second degree in business administration and is passionate about economic, political and social transformations in Africa. Joy sits as the CEO on several companies, a member of the Board of Directors in 5 global companies, a Non Executive Director on several boards and a member of the advisory board of various companies in different business sectors located across Africa
Joy has over 17 years work experience in Entrepreneurship strategy, Business development, Marketing & Sales, Event architecture, Brand experience, Advertising and Social entrepreneurship makes it quite easy for her to always express her Midas Touch in all the companies she manages.
