After completing his MBA in 2001 from Amity Business School, Noida Ratul has worked in corporate environments for 7 years and in 2008 he ventured into entrepreneurship with 2 other colleagues.

Ratul is currently involved in setting up a healthcare startup catering to Oncology. His mission is to make cancer care affordable and accessible and his vision is to set up a network of 500 chemotherapy daycare centers across India by 2025. A seasoned entrepreneur for last 12 years with businesses spread across BPO, Insurance Broking and Sales consulting & training with an employee strength of 600+ and combined annual turnover of US $ 5.00 Million Per year.

Ratul is very focused on Quality and has been a driver in implementing ISO 27001 and other technological platforms like knowledge management platform, online quality tool, etc. in his organization. He has also been consulting SMEs in technology adoption domain on a pro-bono basis. Adept at learning and implementing different technological solutions to enhance the productivity of sales team, better customer experience and smoothening the sales process. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
