Site Selection Process
We take a strategic and data-driven approach to site selection, assessing critical factors such as reliable power availability, carrier density and network latency, geographic and environmental risks (including seismic, flood, and climate considerations), as well as regulatory and tax environments. We also evaluate land cost, scalability potential, and proximity to key business hubs or users. Our goal is to ensure the selected site not only meets immediate technical and commercial needs but also supports long-term growth, resilience, and sustainability.
Data Centre Design
We deliver end-to-end design solutions that balance performance, resilience, scalability, and cost-efficiency. This includes detailed electrical and mechanical system design, redundancy architecture (N, N+1, 2N, etc.), cooling strategies, rack layouts, and space optimisation. We ensure our designs align with global best practices and standards such as TIA-942 and Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV requirements, while also incorporating energy efficiency, sustainability, and future expansion capabilities.
Project Management
We manage the full lifecycle of data centre projects from planning through execution and handover. This includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing vendors and contractors, controlling budgets, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to timelines. We implement strong governance and reporting structures, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage, while maintaining strict alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
Power Optimisation & Energy Management
We analyse and optimise the data centre's power infrastructure to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs without compromising performance. This includes load profiling, power distribution optimisation, right-sizing of equipment, and identifying opportunities for energy savings. We also support the implementation of energy management practices aligned with ISO 50001, helping clients reduce their carbon footprint and achieve sustainability targets.
Commissioning
We provide comprehensive commissioning services to ensure that all data centre systems are installed, tested, and operating according to design intent. Our process includes factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST), covering all critical systems such as power, cooling, fire protection, and controls. We validate system performance under various operating scenarios, ensuring reliability, resilience, and readiness for certification and live operations.
Operations Efficiency Management
We support ongoing operations by implementing best practices that enhance reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. This includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance strategies, staff training programmes, and performance monitoring frameworks. We also introduce continuous improvement initiatives and align operations with standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 to ensure consistent service quality, security, and operational excellence.
Certifications
We provide end-to-end certification support, guiding clients through gap assessments, implementation, documentation, and audit readiness. We help achieve a wide range of certifications including ISO standards, PCI DSS, SOC 1, SOC 2, TIA-942, and Uptime Institute Tier III and Tier IV.
