Feasibility

We begin by conducting detailed feasibility assessments to validate the technical, financial, and operational viability of the project. This includes analysing business requirements, capacity demands, site constraints, power and connectivity availability, and high-level cost modelling. We also identify potential risks and define project objectives, ensuring a clear foundation for decision-making and investment approval.

Planning

We develop a comprehensive project execution plan that outlines scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. This includes defining governance structures, communication plans, and key performance indicators. Our planning phase ensures alignment among all stakeholders and establishes a clear roadmap for successful project delivery.

Design

We manage and coordinate the design process across all disciplines, including architectural, electrical, mechanical, and ICT systems. We ensure that designs meet client requirements, scalability needs, and resilience targets, while aligning with standards such as TIA-942 and Tier III/IV principles from the Uptime Institute. We also oversee design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments to optimise performance and cost.

Procurement

We oversee the procurement of all equipment, systems, and services required for the data centre. This includes vendor selection, tender management, contract negotiation, and supply chain coordination. We ensure that all procured components meet technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines, while mitigating risks related to cost, delays, or non-compliance.

Construction

We manage the construction phase by coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and enforcing quality and safety standards. We ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the approved design, specifications, and project schedule. Our role includes site supervision, issue resolution, change management, and regular reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and control throughout the build process.

Commissioning

We lead a rigorous commissioning process to ensure that all systems and infrastructure operate in accordance with design intent and performance requirements. This includes overseeing factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST) across all critical systems such as power, cooling, fire protection, and monitoring controls. We validate system resilience under various load and failure scenarios, ensuring readiness for live operations and alignment with certification requirements, including those from the Uptime Institute.

Handover

We oversee a structured handover process, ensuring that the facility is fully tested, documented, and ready for operations. This includes verifying completion of commissioning activities, ensuring all defects are resolved, and confirming that systems meet performance criteria. We also coordinate the delivery of as-built documentation, operational manuals, and staff training, ensuring a smooth transition to the operations team and readiness for certification audits.

Operations (Customer Fit-Out Projects)

We manage customer fit-out projects within live data centre environments, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations. This includes coordinating client-specific requirements such as rack deployment, cabling, power allocation, and security configurations. We ensure that all fit-out activities comply with operational standards, service level agreements, and certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Our approach ensures efficient onboarding of customers, rapid deployment, and sustained operational excellence within the facility.
